TOOLS Conferences

For anyone interested in the object-oriented approach, the TOOLS conferences (Technology of Object-Oriented Languages and Systems) are the best place to learn from the experts and compare experiences with other O-O practitioners. TOOLS, which has been organized three times a year, is now complemented by TOOLS ASIA in Beijing!

TOOLS USA:
Santa Barbara, USA, 3-7 August 1998, at the time of Santa Barbara's Old Spanish Days Fiesta. Great place to be in August!

Beijing (PRC), early Fall.
TOOLS ASIA 1997 (22-25 September 1997, Beijing) was the first major O-O conference in China ever!
Following this tremendous success, TOOLS ASIA 1998 will again take place in Beijing, in September.

TOOLS PACIFIC:
Melbourne, Australia, last week of November.
Since the first TOOLS PACIFIC was held in Sydney in 1990, this segment of the TOOLS Conference Series has been one of the top software events of the year in the Asia/Pacific region and the undisputed leading object-oriented event in Australia. Since 1993, TOOLS PACIFIC has been held in Melbourne, under the sponsorship of Monash University and the leadership of Christine Mingins.
