EIFFEL USER WORKSHOP
July 31, 1997, as part of TOOLS USA 1997

Advance announcement
As in previous years,
TOOLS USA 1997 (Santa Barbara,
July 28 - August 1, 1997)
will include an Eiffel User Workshop on Thursday, July 31st.
This is a unique opportunity to meet other Eiffel developers,
learn about ongoing Eiffel projects, and interact with the
developers of the technology. The workshop will open with
a presentation by Bertrand Meyer, main designer of Eiffel.
You can already register and benefit from the
early-registration discount.
Contributions are being sought on all aspects of Eiffel and
related topics. Examples may include:

Reports of ongoing projects.

Experiences with Eifffel.
-
Eiffel tools.
-
Reusable components, libraries.
-
Language-related topics, standardization.
-
Library-related topics, standardization (ELKS etc.).
-
Future developments.
-
Methodological issues, project management.
-
Teaching Eiffel and object technology.
-
Eiffel and other languages.
-
Anything of potential interest to an Eiffel-aware audience.
Presentations will be 15 to 30 minutes. Suggestions for panel
discussions and informal presentations are also welcome.
